ATV Patrol

Supplementing the Forest Patrol Deputy is a deputy assigned to ATV Patrol.  This position is funded by a grant through the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Department.  This deputy also patrols the rural areas of Crook County, United States Forest Service Land, as well as BLM Land.  This deputy makes daily contacts with citizens to ensure they are in compliance with applicable State ATV laws.

The Crook County Sheriff's Office ATV Patrol also teams up with the Oregon State Parks and Recreation Department and provides ATV Safety classes to children at the local elementary schools in Crook County.
